Terms of Cancellation

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:

Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.

Cancellations made by guests on or after the 90 day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellations made up to 30 days before set arrival date: 40 % of agreed total price.
• Cancellations made up to 29-10 days before set arrival date: 70 % of agreed total price.
• Cancellations made after 10 days before set arrival date: 90 % of agreed total price.
• In case of no show or in case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
